While due to discovery of the first Penicillin and now due to modern antibiotics drugs, the bacterial infections have halted by great deal but still some of the bacterial infections have found a way to creatively kill humans. Some of these bacterial infections are as follows.
E. coli Hemorrhagic Colitis
E. Coli bacteria contracted after drinking contaminated water o eating contaminated food resides in intestines of its host. The bacteria produces a toxin called Shiga Toxin that results in a disease called Hemorrhagic Colitis. His disease literally causes its victim to defecate to death by serious dehydration and loss of blood in stool.
Scarlet Fever
Scarlet Fever is caused by a bacterium called A Beta Hemolytic Streptococci. The disease results in strep throat, followed by a fever and a rash that spreads from head to toe making body appear to be scarlet in color. Although the disease is treatable inn these modern times but inadequate treatment can still cause death.
Tuberculosis

Active symptoms of this TB form are bloody cough, weight loss and breathing difficulty. If left untreated victims can experience severe weight loss and that gave it its name the White Death.
Tetanus
Bacterium Clostridium tetani is the cause for a disease known as Tetanus or Lockjaw. The bacterium is transferred to body from open wounds exposed to contaminated dirt and soil. The bacterium releases a neurotoxin called Tetanus Toxin which binds the nerve cells and muscles causing muscle spasms. The muscle spasm can affect the whole body and can be as strong that they can cause bones of body to shatter even that of spine. Tetanus is considered as a medical emergency due to its severity in these modern times as well.

The common symptoms include fever, headaches, stiffness of neck and vomiting. More advance symptoms cause a purple rash and bleeding through skin. Many vaccines have been developed to fight this deathly disease.

In Cutaneous infection, it causes ulcerating lesions on some body parts that can spread to whole body if left untreated. The inhalation form is the most gruesome as it first causes flu like symptoms with chest pains and breathlessness. Within days, patient can die from blood infections.
