Kareem Waris Olamilekan; An 11-year-old boy draws hyperrealistic pictures which make even adult artists jealous -

Kareem Waris Olamilekan is an 11 years old extraordinary boy with a natural gift for painting. He has already been accepted in an art academy where he actually studies with adult students of arts. You might think it as surprising but it is not as Kareem’s portraits are so great that they deserve to be shown in art galleries across the world.

Kareem belongs from Nigeria where he started drawing at a young age of 6 years old. When he was 8 years old, his family moved to a new house and close to that house was a student of the Ayowole Art Vocational Academy. One ay Kareem saw him drawing and that’s when Kareem made up his mind to enter the academy as well.

Kareem went on to show his paintings to the professor of the academy and to no one’s surprise was admitted on his skills.

When a person takes a look at Kareem’s work, it is hard to even imagine that this is a work of an 11 years old boy who never had any professional drawing lessons in his life but can still draw with such hyperrealistic precision.

His most favorite art form is to draw hyperrealism. Kareem says that he feels inspired from everything around him and that especially includes his family.

Kareem is now famous all across the globe and has currently 30,000 followers on Instagram but he is still a normal boy. He helps his family like any normal kid and draws portraits for his friends.

Kareem does not belong to a rich family. Currently his family and both his teachers are providing him with all the stuff he needs for drawing but it is not enough to be able to make him reach his dreams.

Kareem dreams to be as great as the artist Michelangelo and wishes that his paintings be hung in the galleries around the world alongside work of other great artists.
