This timing for Tesla car to catch fire is extremely crucial for the company as Tesla is currently most popular in China with nearly 20 percent of its total sales being made in the country. Tesla is also planning to install a Tesla production facility in Shanghai to produce h cars domestically in China to avoid the trade war between the US and China. Tesla plans to have the plant up and running by next year with a production capacity of 500000 cars, which will be free of any tariffs.
